When Warner Bros. approached LIQUID SOUL about promoting “Gangster Squad”, a film about a secret crew of police officers in 1949 who come together to take down a ruthless mob king, we knew we would need to convene a number of high-level partners.
We chose to work with spirits company CIROC and entertainment mogul P. Diddy to create a lifestyle campaign that included brand endorsements from CIROC’s arsenal of influencers and DJs (THE CIROC BOYZ). Other campaign highlights included nightlife promotions featuring custom “Gangster Squad” cocktails, and tastemaker screenings in key African-American markets. In addition to the partnership with CIROC, LIQUID SOUL supplemented the campaign with an HBCU screening tour and nightlife promotion.
